As a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths' Commercial team, I advise on technology, outsourcing and strategic commercial contracts. I work with clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology, retail, mobility, logistics and manufacturing, helping them procure, implement and manage technology, supply chain and business transformation projects.

My recent work has included assisting clients with brand collaborations, distribution arrangements, joint ventures, rail access matters, SaaS licensing, logistics contracts and the procurement of critical supply chain components for rolling stock manufacturing programmes.
