As Director of Projects & Innovation at Shoosmiths and a member of the firm’s Executive Board, I lead major change programmes that drive operational excellence, elevate client service, and future-proof the firm’s infrastructure. I joined Shoosmiths in 2024 following 14 years at a global law firm, where I led award-winning transformation initiatives across the UK, Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific. My experience spans AI-enabled change, alternative resourcing models and legal project management, with a track record of embedding scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

I contribute to Shoosmiths’ strategic agenda through roles on the Innovation Committee and Operations Executive, helping shape the firm’s approach to service delivery, technology and continuous improvement. I bring a global perspective, a collaborative mindset and a commitment to leading change that enhances performance and client experience.
