I’m a legal director in Shoosmiths’ Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, advising on transactional restructuring, insolvency law and financial restructurings. I act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed investors, corporates and directors across sectors including retail, manufacturing and automotive.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2023, I worked at a global law firm and later at KPMG Law, where I was promoted to Director in 2021. My experience includes contingency planning, administration sales and trading administrations, both nationally and internationally.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and known for delivering commercially focussed solutions across the full corporate lifecycle.
