I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Manchester Plot Sales team, where I lead a team focussed on helping developers sell new homes efficiently and at scale. From city centre apartment towers to suburban housing estates, I work with clients from acquisition through to completion—creating digital sales packs, managing part exchange transactions, and negotiating affordable housing sales.

With over 20 years’ experience in residential development, I’ve built a reputation for being responsive, practical and commercially focussed. I also advise on shared equity schemes, management agreements and infrastructure arrangements, helping developers meet planning obligations and unlock value.
