As Director of Client Tech & Service Improvement, I lead how we deliver smarter, faster and better legal services for our clients. My role centres on anticipating change and helping clients benefit from emerging technologies—ensuring our service delivery evolves in line with their business needs. I work closely with our Director of Shoosmiths EIGHT to develop connected services that go beyond legal advice, offering clients integrated business solutions.
Before joining Shoosmiths in 2007, I was a partner at a global law firm. I’ve built a reputation as a thought leader in legal innovation, regularly speaking at industry conferences and co-authoring Legal Practice in the Digital Age in 2023. I’ve been recognised in The Lawyer Hot 100 and the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers report for transforming client outcomes through technology.
