As a Partner in Shoosmiths’ pensions team, I have decades of experience advising trustees and employers on all aspects of work-based pension schemes. My expertise covers scheme design, mergers, benefit changes, GMP equalisation, buy-ins and buy-outs, member cases and complaints and complex governance and funding arrangements.
I have led legal consulting teams and worked closely with actuaries and administrators, giving me a broad perspective on the challenges facing pension schemes.
