I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, with over 20 years’ experience advising on investment, asset management and development transactions. I act for landowners, developers and occupiers across sectors including retail, leisure and healthcare, and regularly support national charities on property strategy.

My recent work includes advising on the acquisition of Heathrow Terminal 3 hotel sites, refinancing for cinema operators, and collaboration agreements with local authorities. I’m known for combining technical depth with commercial insight—helping clients deliver projects that align with their values and goals.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and leadership programmes.
