I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, advising on a wide range of property matters. My focus includes development projects, strategic land transactions and landlord and tenant work. Recent experience includes managing property portfolios for a leading motorway services operator and supporting acquisitions for institutional investors developing single-family housing schemes.

I qualified in 2021 after completing my training contract with Shoosmiths, having previously worked as a paralegal within the firm. That experience gave me a strong foundation in property law and the practical skills to deliver clear, commercially focused advice on complex transactions.
