Vicky Masterson is a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ real estate team, having qualified in 2021 after completing her training contract with the firm.

She leads on a broad range of real estate matters and supports Partners on complex, high-value transactions, with a particular focus on the Living sector - including later living, build-to-rent and single-family housing schemes.

Her recent experience spans strategic land options, portfolio management for major landlord-and-tenant clients, and forward-funded site acquisitions for leading developers and institutional investors.

She is known for being collaborative and delivery-focused, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and aligning workstreams to client timelines on complex development programmes.
