I am a legal director in the Real Estate Disputes team in London. I act for a variety of clients in the Real Estate sector, specialising in advising both private individuals and corporate clients on neighbourly disputes arising out of property developments.

I have a particular expertise in the field of Party Walls. I regularly act for both property developers and building occupiers in party wall related disputes, and I have extensive experience of the Party Wall Act process.

I am also ranked in Chambers and Partners as an Associate to Watch for my work in party walls and I am highlighted in Legal 500 as a Key Lawyer.

I also sit on the committee of the London Branch of the Pyramus & Thisbe Group.

In addition, I advise property developers on rights to light matters affecting developments. This includes advising on the pitfalls to avoid and negotiating and advising on deeds of release and right to light claims.

I also advise multiple freehold blocks, assisting with their management of those blocks, with a particular expertise in licences to alter.
