As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Leeds Employment Team, I support clients across sectors with the full spectrum of workplace issues. My role combines strategic advice, advocacy, and helping clients navigate change with confidence and clarity.

My work spans routine queries through to highly contentious disputes. I regularly defend Employment Tribunal claims and provide advocacy at preliminary hearings, while also helping clients avoid litigation through pragmatic, early intervention. I advise on grievances, disciplinaries, flexible working, and policy updates, as well as complex matters such as business reorganisations and senior exits.

I’m passionate about delivering advice that is practical and tailored to each client’s needs. Whether supporting organisational change or resolving disputes, my focus is on clarity and outcomes that make a real difference. I particularly enjoy collaborating with clients to find solutions that work in the real world.
