I am a corporate partner in our London office, where I lead the firm's China Desk, co-lead our Asia Pacific practice and head up the Manufacturing sector.

I am dual-qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong, advising corporates, investors and international businesses on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and strategic corporate matters. I help clients navigate complex transactions that span multiple jurisdictions, legal systems and cultures.

Having practised in both London and Hong Kong, including two years in Hong Kong as a corporate and finance lawyer, I have advised on a wide range of corporate, commercial, insurance, financing transactions. This experience provides me with a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing businesses operating internationally.

I regularly lead high-value transactions involving China, the wider Asia Pacific region and other emerging markets. As one of a small number of UK-based corporate partners able to lead English law transactions fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, I help bridge legal, commercial and cultural differences between Western and Asian businesses.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I spent nearly a decade at Dentons London office. I was trained at Clyde & Co, practising in both its London and Hong Kong offices, and also worked at Norton Rose Fulbright in Hong Kong.
