I am an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Real Estate team, specialising in residential development and strategic land. I advise major plc housebuilders, mid-sized developers and entrepreneurial clients across a broad range of residential development projects, acting through the full development lifecycle. My work includes acquisitions, scheme delivery, affordable housing disposals, and the disposal of land and completed developments.

I have experience working on projects ranging from large-scale schemes with capacity for several hundred dwellings to smaller, bespoke developments of fewer than ten units. I regularly support clients from initial acquisition through to delivery and exit, providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice tailored to the scale, complexity and objectives of each project.
