I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising national and regional housebuilders on site acquisitions, disposals and strategic land matters. I specialise in build to rent (BTR) transactions and have supported clients on joint ventures, affordable housing deals and complex collaboration agreements.

My recent work includes advising on a 750-home joint venture, financing for BTR schemes, and strategic land assembly for residential development. I bring a practical, solutions-focussed approach to every deal—helping clients navigate title, planning and funding challenges.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ internal mentoring and training programmes.
