I am a partner in Shoosmiths’ London real estate team, advising developers, investors and corporate occupiers on complex transactions. My recent work includes advising a developer joint venture on a landmark city centre regeneration scheme, the £600m sale of designer outlets in Cheshire Oaks and Swindon, and a number of substantial strategic land projects.

Since joining Shoosmiths, I have led on high-profile acquisitions, disposals and development projects, including urban regeneration, rural housing schemes, shopping centre redevelopments and head office lease regears., and have advised on the real estate aspects of various corporate and finance transactions. My approach is pragmatic, commercial and focussed on outcomes that matter.
