I am an Associate in our Tax & Incentives team, specialising in employee share schemes and management incentive arrangements. I advise public and private companies on a wide range of incentives matters, from tax-advantaged option schemes and growth shares to bonuses and employee benefit trusts.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2025, I trained and qualified at a City firm, where I advised on Corporate advisory matters and mergers and acquisitions. My experience spans sectors including technology, financial services, and retail. I advise clients on designing and implementing incentive arrangements that support their commercial objectives while keeping their employees motivated and engaged.

I am a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group and part of Shoosmiths’ Technology & AI sector focus group. I am also involved in the GROW mentoring scheme, supporting diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
