Is there any parking available?
Parking is available at some of our offices and must be booked prior to your arrival. To check availability, please email the events team:

What facilities are available at your offices?
All offices provide guest toilet facilities. Some locations also offer gender‑neutral toilets. If you require specific facilities, please speak to a member of the Shoosmiths team when you arrive and they will be happy to direct you.
Is there a cloakroom where I can keep my coat and bag?
Most of our offices have an unstaffed cloakroom where you can store your coat and any luggage. We recommend keeping valuable items with you at all times.
Will there be handout materials available on the day?
As part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we limit the use of printed materials. Any supporting documents will be shared with you by email. If you require a hard copy for accessibility or personal reasons, please contact the events team at
events@shoosmiths.com before the event and we will do our utmost to assist.
Will there be WiFi available?
Yes. Guest WiFi is available at all our offices, and details will be provided on arrival.
Will refreshments be provided?
Refreshments vary depending on the type and timing of the event, but tea and coffee will always be available. If you have dietary requirements or allergies, please let the events team know as soon as possible by emailing
events@shoosmiths.com.
Is there a dress code?
We encourage attendees to wear business or smart‑casual attire, promoting professionalism while allowing for personal expression. We welcome clothing that reflects cultural, religious, or personal identity.
However, attire featuring offensive language or imagery is not permitted. In such cases, you may be asked to remove the item or leave the event.
If you require adjustments to the dress code for health or accessibility reasons, please contact the events team for support.
Can I see the delegate list from the event?
Unfortunately, due to GDPR regulations, we are unable to share details of other event attendees.
Can I bring a colleague?
We are always happy to welcome clients and contacts to our events. Please ask any additional attendees to register via the online RSVP form so we can cater for them appropriately.

How do I cancel my place at an upcoming seminar?
If you are no longer able to attend, please let the events team know as early as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.
Will your events be filmed?
Some events are recorded and may later appear on our website or social media channels. You will be asked to confirm your consent at registration.
If you prefer not to be filmed, please notify a member of the events team on arrival.
Will there be a photographer at our event?
Some events will have photography taking place. You will be advised during the confirmation process if this applies. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please inform the photographer or speak to a member of the events team on the day.
