Shoosmiths has advised Five Arrows on the merger of Totalmobile Ltd and Solvares Group, creating one of the most comprehensive international providers of field service and workforce optimisation technology.

The combined business will support more than 4,000 customers across Europe, the UK and Australasia, strengthening its position as a leading provider of technology solutions for mobile workforces.

The Shoosmiths team was led by partners Elizabeth Ward and Amit Nayyar, supported by legal director Katie Yorke, senior associates Alice Richmond and Molly Cullen, and associate Kamil Piekarski.
