The investment, made from Palatine's £254 million Buyout Fund V, will support OryxAlign's next phase of growth through a combination of organic expansion and targeted M&A.

Shoosmiths advised Palatine on all legal aspects of the transaction, with a multidisciplinary team led by corporate partner Kiran Dhesi and supported by partner Emma Livesey, senior associate Alice Richmond, associate Annalise Leech and trainee solicitor Maddie Fretwell. The deal also drew on expertise from partner Laura Board, principal associate Caroline Airey (Tax), partner Laura Gould and associate Zahra Shah (Employee Incentives & Share Schemes), and principal associates Suzanne Love and Ben Churchyard and associate Rosie Hunter-Jones (Banking).
