Shoosmiths has advised Solvares Group on its acquisition of More-IQ, a UK-based cloud-native dynamic scheduling software provider, strengthening Solvares’ field service technology offering.

The deal furthers Solvares’ strategic expansion within the UK market following recent investment activity.

The Shoosmiths team was led by Partners Elizabeth Ward and Amit Nayyar, supported by Legal Director Katie Yorke, Senior Associate Molly Cullen and Associate Connor Ogdon.
