Hot on the heels of LGBT History Month, we invite you to join us at Shoosmiths’ Edinburgh office on Thursday 5 March 2026 for a panel discussion on LGBT representation and visibility within the property sector.

Hosted by Rachel Munro - Senior Associate | Shoosmiths the conversation will bring together Heather Philp - Senior Strategic Land Manager |  Barratt Redrow; Arthur Mann - Regional Land Director | Miller Homes Limited; and Stuart Clubb - Partner | Shoosmiths) as they share their perspectives on visibility within the industry.

Through open and honest dialogue, the panel will explore breaking down barriers, experiences of coming out at work, and the support that has shaped each of their journeys. This session aims to create space for authentic storytelling, shared learning and practical insights to help foster greater inclusion across the property sector.
