About this course

Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to the Serious Fraud Office's stance on Bribery Act compliance - reflecting the description of the Act as the 'toughest anti-corruption legislation in the world.' Whilst there have been only a handful of prosecutions under the Act, there can be no complacency. Potential consequences for organisations and individuals who get it wrong can be drastic and include unlimited fines and up to 10 years imprisonment.
