From payment disputes to defects and delay claims, we help clients resolve issues quickly & decisively, protecting investments and keeping projects on track
Our construction disputes team helps clients navigate the full spectrum of disputes that arise across complex construction and engineering projects. Whether it’s time, money or defects, we provide clear, strategic advice to resolve issues efficiently and avoid escalation.
We act for developers, contractors, insurers, consultants, and investors across sectors including mixed-use schemes, regeneration, energy, transport, and utilities. Our team is experienced in all major forms of dispute resolution—litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation.
We advise on claims involving payment, delay, cost overruns, defective design or workmanship, cladding, Building Safety Act 2022 issues, and professional negligence. Our approach is proactive: we work in real-time with clients to manage risk and resolve problems before they become formal disputes.
