Recent experience
- acting for Harworth Estates Investments Limited on their development of the 350-acre former Ironbridge Power Station for the development of a mixed-used scheme for 1,000 new homes, a retirement village, commercial, leisure and community use and associated infrastructure
- acting act on the construction aspects of Indurent’s build programme and have assisted in delivering over 500,000 sq ft of logistics space together with the associated infrastructure
- advising Union Investments Real Estate GmbH on the construction aspects of its ongoing portfolio management works across a number of prime office buildings in London, Birmingham and Manchester
- advising St. Modwen / Revantage on procurement, infrastructure, and development aspects of strategic delivery sites, including the 227-acre Kingsgrove scheme in Oxfordshire
- advising Moorfield Group on a variety of projects both as forward funder for PBSA and BTR projects and as developer for PBSA projects, on their debt funding and on their corporate disposals of built assets on fund exit
- acting for Packaged Living on the construction elements of development agreements and forward funding agreements in relation to BTR schemes, including a 294-unit scheme in Milton Keynes and a 352-unit scheme in Manchester
