Quote and Referral System
We offer a dedicated quote and referral system, allowing you to give accurate and bespoke estimates to potential clients. The same system will provide you with transaction updates, enabling you to manage your pipelines.
Our system also enables us to streamline the on-boarding process for new clients referred by you through the quote and referral system. Clients can make initial payments, complete forms online, upload documents and provide their ID verification via their phones, allowing us to start work on a transaction within minutes of the client completing their tasks.
Completing these tasks early in a transaction, even before a buyer is found, potentially can shave weeks off a transaction, meaning contracts can be issued on the day a sales memorandum is issued.
In addition, all quotes generated will give the client the ability to complete the Property Information Form Part 1, which is then provided to you, whether or not the client chooses to instruct us. This form can be an invaluable tool to assist you with marketing the property, so the sooner it is complete the better.
Finally, a dashboard within our system provides you with management information, including future cashflow from referral fees, helping you with your business.
