- advising a global automotive brand on its phased transition from a selective distribution sales model to a non-genuine agency sales model for both retail and corporate sales in the UK, preparing all required contracts, negotiating with the national retailer council and, having advised on the structural blueprint and foundational contract documents, advising on the wider roll out across continental Europe in an initial 16 countries
- advising a US listed brewing company on a strategic joint venture to develop, manufacture, market and distribute a new range of craft beers for the UK and European markets
- leading negotiations on a complex business critical second-generation fully outsourced care centre services deal across multiple jurisdictions, relating to the care of our client’s customers, agents, and partners at the core of our client’s business. The services included voice call, email and live chat support; operation of a customer auto refund program; large order management; and app ticket functions staffed by an initial 450 frontline agents across seven countries with a deal value of approximately £90m
- supporting GXO Logistics with a critical NHS Supply Chain tender and downstream contract negotiations for warehousing and home delivery of NHS products with its chosen subcontractor. NHS Supply Chain selected GXO as its new logistics partner after a complex tender process in a landmark 10-year, £1.8 billion contract which significantly expanded GXO’s presence in healthcare logistics
- we advised Whitbread PLC on its first-generation outsourcing project to offshore its entire customer care centre to Egypt, marking a significant strategic shift in its customer service operations. The project was business critical, multimillion pound in value, and aimed to enhance customer experience while improving operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
- supporting a major player in the rail industry in relation to supply chain engagement for a significant project which has involved the provision of strategic solutions and risk management relating to the use of overseas suppliers
