Our second Responsible business report shares our progress in moving from building strong foundations to delivering measurable, evidence-led impact across our business, clients and communities.

Across the year, we have made significant progress on carbon reductions, social impact and strengthened governance whilst continuing to grow our impact on our client’s sustainability journeys.

We are increasingly providing commercially focused advice on ESG, climate and responsible AI, helping clients navigate regulatory change while unlocking opportunities for resilience, innovation and long-term value. In our communities we have recorded record engagement from our people in volunteering and pro bono, whilst becoming more intentional in how we build partnerships with charities to deliver out philanthropic goals.

We are proud of the progress made this year. At the same time, we recognise that responsible business is an ongoing commitment. Our focus remains on practical action, measurable outcomes and building capability across our firm and wider network to drive lasting change.
