- advised British International Investments on $52m of development finance to develop a greenfield cotton yarn spinning mill in Bangladesh
- advised Enact on term and revolving facilities to acquire Accrofab, the precision engineering group, and its subsequent acquisition of RTI Advanced Forming
- advised a Five Arrows (and company founders) backed borrower in relation to its multi million euro and dollar unitranche facilities to refinance investment in Schivo Medical, together with cross border security in multiple jurisdictions
- advised Foundation Investment Partners on three separate highly structured multimillion-pound facilities for three investee companies in the tech, education and security sectors
- advised Investec on a multi-million hybrid leverage and asset-based lending facilities to support the simultaneous acquisition of seven different transport companies by a major private equity firm
- advised a Livingbridge backed technology business in respect of its multimillion-pound refinancing with a US debt fund
- advised Puragen Group on its term and acquisition finance facilities from Santander Direct Lending as part of the wider restructure of the Invica/CPL/Puragen businesses nationally and internationally
- advised Shawbrook in relation to various super senior facilities provided alongside debt fund term facilities to private equity backed businesses
