- advised Bowland Inns and Hotels Limited, T/A James’ Places, on its £26m refinancing and acquisition facilities from Barclays
- advised British International Investment plc (formerly CDC Group plc), on a multi-million USD facility to RFL Electronics Limited (Bangladesh)
- advised CPL Industries Group Limited on its £52m refinancing provided by principal banking facilities from Wells Fargo, Virgin etc and Blazehill Capital
- advised Gresham House (through its British Strategic Investment Fund) on investments totalling £175m into Borderlink Broadband
- advised LHi Group in respect of its sale and funding of approximately 80% of the company share capital to an Employee Ownership Trust
- advised Santander UK plc in relation to its £7m funding to support financial completion of Emperor Design Consultants move to employee ownership
- advised a UK clearing Bank on the £85m financing of a major national fuel supply business, providing for refinance of existing debt and for ongoing expansion
- advised a well-known high street and online clothing brand on its £227m term and revolving facilities with an investment lender
