Helping clients unlock capital for complex, sustainable projects
We help clients structure, fund and deliver infrastructure and energy projects that power progress. Whether you're financing a new EV charging network, refinancing a solar portfolio, or structuring a public-private transaction, we bring the legal clarity and commercial insight to get deals done. Our team works across the full lifecycle of infrastructure and energy finance—from early-stage structuring to financial close and beyond. We advise sponsors, lenders, funds and corporates on debt and equity solutions, regulatory frameworks, and risk allocation—always with a focus on outcomes, not just process.
We’re known for our ability to simplify the complex and move at pace. Clients value our deep sector knowledge, our collaborative style, and our ability to anticipate issues before they arise. We’ve advised on both UK and international infrastructure and energy financings—from battery storage and renewables to digital infrastructure and telecoms. Our cross-disciplinary team brings together banking, real estate, planning, construction, commercial and regulatory expertise to deliver joined-up advice that reflects the realities of your project. We don’t just understand the law—we understand your commercial drivers.
