The recently launched "London's Tech Manifesto 2021" is a series of recommendations for the next Mayor of London, to ensure London's tech companies stay thriving and the capital remains open to ideas, innovation and people during the 2020s.

In the manifesto, James Klein, head of technology sector at Shoosmiths gives a technology law expert's view:

"Despite the economic turmoil brought about by an unprecedented year, and the uncertainty of the Brexit aftermath, the UK continues to attract more VC investment than any other European country. Particularly in the sub-sectors or areas of Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, MedTech and Machine Learning, the UK is undoubtedly becoming a globally renowned hub for technology and innovation."
