We started a hashtag early on in lockdown #letskeeptalking. It was crucial as we all rolled with the pandemic punches and tried to make sense of the new world we found ourselves in.
The pandemic also collided with me taking over as the Living Sector head at Shoosmiths. It's been crazy busy starting this new role in amongst such flux and change, and all from home. Anyone who knows me knows I am a social animal! I had plans to go on a little Living sector tour of our offices, and have an internal conference, to make plans for a new strategy. The best laid plans must change and I have done my own #propertypivot. So it has been catch ups on the phone, webinars, video calls and linkedin comments between our teams. Remarkably we feel more joined up than ever and we are all adapting to the new world and using our "New How".
