Priority and Super Priority services suspended for new visa applications

The Home Office has announced that in order to prioritise applications made on the Ukraine Family Scheme, it has temporarily suspended priority and super priority applications for new study, work and family visa applications. In addition, standard visit visas are taking an average of six weeks to process.

Employers and applicants must bear this in mind and may need to adjust plans to allow for the fact that there is currently no way to expedite the decision making process. If an application does have a particular urgency, we suggest that this is explained clearly in a covering letter and any relevant evidence provided.
