Fraud prevention for charities in 2025 and beyond

Join a prominent panel of experts sharing guidance on Fraud prevention for charities in 2025 and beyond.

Join us on the morning of Wednesday, 15 October 2025 where a prominent panel of external speakers will share practical guidance on:

  • Limiting the risk of suffering fraud in your charity
  • Reducing the risk of committing an offence by failing to prevent fraud
  • Effectively managing incidents when they occur

The 2024 annual Charity Fraud Report found that 50% of fraud in charities were committed by staff. This year’s high profile cyberattacks have shown that organisations are under attack from all angles no matter how well resourced they may be. Additionally, the ongoing cost-of-living crisis has only heightened internal and external fraud risk.

The new "failure to prevent fraud" offence makes larger charities legally responsible for preventing fraud committed by their employees and other associated persons and means those charities could face prosecution if they don't have proper fraud prevention procedures in place.

We do hope that you can join us.
