Shoosmiths adds two new partners in corporate growth drive

Shoosmiths has further boosted its corporate credentials with the recruitment of two new partners in its corporate restructuring and M&A teams.

Lemi McAuley, who will be based in Leeds, is a specialist in board advisory and transactional matters and has acted for a number of corporate clients, clearing banks, private equity providers and insolvency practitioners. His appointment means Shoosmiths now has corporate restructuring partners in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.

M&A transaction, private equity investment and group re-organisation expert Dan Shilvock – who will be based in Birmingham – also joins the firm. He brings with him a wealth of experience in development capital transactions. Last year, he was nominated for Legal Week’s private equity up and comers award.
