The acquisition will complement and strengthen Addtech's existing operations in the area of power solutions and batteries, and AMP will become part of Addtech's Battery Systems business unit. This strategic move underscores Addtech's commitment to expanding its technological capabilities and providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide.
