UK law firm Shoosmiths has advised the shareholders of FWD Training & Consultancy on its sale to Davies Group, an international consulting group for an undisclosed sum.
FWD is a specialist provider of professional and apprenticeship training for the UK financial services industry.
Corporate partner Sanjeev Sharma advised on the sale along with senior associate, Michal Freeman-Shor; solicitor, Matt Douglas; tax associate, Caroline Airey; employment partner, Jonathan Naylor and employment solicitor, Rachel Mulvany.

FWD’s directors Austen Basleigh, Alison Bate and Marcus Bowsher will continue to lead FWD and the business will now become part of a new learning solutions arm within Davies Group.
