Shoosmiths will work closely with A2Dominion, a residential property group with a social purpose, and will focus in providing UK legal advice across their portfolio.
A2Dominion has built over 38,000 homes across London and southern England, including private and social rent, supported, student, temporary, elderly and key worker homes, as well as sustainable homes for sale and shared ownership.
The Shoosmiths relationship will be led by Liam Phillips (Partner – Real Estate). He will be supported by Catherine Williams (Head of Living Sector and Partner – Real Estate) along with David Perry and Melissa Barker (Partners – Real Estate).
