Shoosmiths has been named the legal/professional team of the year

Shoosmiths has been named the legal/professional team of the year at the prestigious Property Week RESI Awards 2020.

The team was “handed” the award by popular BBC presenter Charlie Stayt, who said the judges had described the firm’s real estate offering as: “very dynamic, had undergone great change, accomplished great results with an innovative and fresh approach.”

Head of living sector, Catherine Williams, said: “At Shoosmiths we feel privileged to be able to work with clients on many ground-breaking, bold and innovative deals right across the UK. The recent pandemic has forced us into new ways of living and working that will change how we use our built environment forever, and the living sector now needs to work together to inspire innovation and reshape a future that is a better fit for our changing world. We are all incredibly proud to have won this award. In what has been a difficult year, to finish it on a high like this is fantastic and testament to the hard work our whole team has put in throughout the last 12 months.”
