Selfcare is key in order to give the world the best of you, not what’s left of you...

We all have our own inner battery which needs to be ‘topped up’, very much as we would plug in our mobile phones and electrical devices.

As humans our inner battery consists of 4 elements;

  • Physical
  • Mental
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual (identity)

What does your wellbeing strategy look like?  Does it include all 4 areas?

How we function

We need a certain amount of pressure to motivate us, however if we don’t refuel, ultimately, we will be pushed ‘over the edge’.

 

 

Making time for you, ensuring that you are ‘refuelling’ is key!
