Shoosmiths was delighted to host the Rail Forum at our London office on Monday 26th June, after taking the annual Rail Safety Week forward, on behalf of the industry.
The event had a great programme of speakers including the likes of the ORR, RSSB, Achilles, Community Rail Network and the British Transport Police.
Learn Live News Channel also attended the launch conference, to raise awareness of the Rail Safe Friendly initiative. During the event, Learn Live recorded interviews with some of the delegates to help promote what they do and also why they are supporting the initiative.
Interviewees were asked to suggest ways organisations could support Rail Safety Week and also what advice they would give to young people and parents watching the Learn Live channel about staying safe on or near the railway.
