Adam is a real estate lawyer with over 10 years' experience. He acts on a wide range of property transactions, with particular expertise in acting on development projects and investment acquisitions involving delivery of offices, health care, leisure and education facilities, shopping centres and residential and commercial mixed-use schemes.
 
His recent experience includes:
 
  • advising public/private joint ventures between Bruntwood and local authorities on the acquisition for redevelopment of shopping centres including the Millgate Centre in Bury, Stretford Mall and the Stamford Quarter in Altrincham   
  • acting for large pension funds, local authorities and institutional investors in relation to forward funding of development projects and acquisition of key investment assets  
  • leading the £25m acquisition and re-development of the former Kelloggs headquarters in Old Trafford as the campus for UA92 - an education joint venture between Lancaster University and Manchester United 'Class of 92' alumni
  • acting on the forward funding of a £130m residential-led development project in Manchester City Centre
  • representing a large national infrastructure operator on a number of high-value disposals of surplus land for delivery of housing and leisure schemes in key strategic locations throughout the country including North London, Central Manchester and Newcastle-upon-Tyne
