Amy joined Shoosmiths in 2017 with a focus on support and development for the trainee solicitor programme.
She manages the ongoing development of 70+ current trainees, including their onboarding, training and preparation for qualification. She is also responsible for coordinating the Discover Placement and Mentoring Programme.
Amy has worked within the recruitment industry since graduating in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of East Anglia.
She is a member of the CIPD, ISE and REC.
