Amy is part of the Real Estate team based in the Thames Valley and specialises in Commercial Property transactions.
Amy acts for commercial landlords on lettings and asset management transactions, as well as occupiers, on new leases, assignments and renewals. She has experience in residential development work including acquisitions using a variety of contractual mechanisms. She also has experience in acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial properties. Amy acts for a wide range of clients including property developers, investors, occupiers, individuals and lenders.
Amy graduated in 2013 with a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology and then undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield. Amy qualified as a solicitor in September 2018, having completed her training contract with BDB Pitmans LLP. Amy joined Shoosmiths in September 2022
