- Acting on behalf of Moorfield Group in connection with the funding of a circa £42m PBSA scheme in Lincoln;
- Advising Apollo Management International on a £500m funding deal in relation to the development of five PBSA schemes - including a development in Leeds, which will be the tallest PBSA building in the world.
- Acting for a funder in connection with the financing of 6 logistic developments with a total development facility commitment of circa £62m.
- Acting for a purchaser on the acquisition of a shopping centre which involved reviewing a large number of construction contracts and drafting circa 90 notices of assignment.
