Antonia is a Trainee Solicitor based in the Thames Valley office, having commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2022. Antonia is currently in her fourth seat working in the Corporate department with a particular focus on Equity Capital Markets work.
Antonia spent her first seat in the Corporate team where she was actively involved in M&A transactions, Private Equity acquisitions and Venture Capital investments. During her second seat, Antonia spent time in the Competition team dealing with merger control and NSI Act queries on corporate transactions, as well as assisting with a CMA investigation. For Antonia's third seat she worked within the Banking team, predominantly carrying out Leveraged Venture and Corporate Finance transactions.
Antonia completed her Law and Criminology LLB at Cardiff University in 2021 and her Master's in Law (LPC LLM) at The University of Law in 2022.
