Chloe is an Associate working in the core Real Estate team in Leeds.
Chloe has experience of aspects of commercial property law including acquisitions, disposals and asset management for investment portfolios, including corporate occupier work and distressed assets in addition to the funding and development of residential, retail and purpose-built care home sites.
Her experience includes advising:
- a prominent UK-based real estate investment trust on the acquisition, management and disposal of assets across a diversified portfolio, including retail, industrial and office space;
- a major UK-based supermarket operator on securing agreements for lease and dealing with associated matters for new retail sites across its national portfolio;
- a national developer on the development and investment sale of retail park in Leeds, including drafting agreements for lease, leases and ancillary licences and easements securing anchor and other established high street tenants;
- insolvency practitioners of a global financial and restructuring advisory firm on the asset management of a portfolio of mixed-use distressed assets across Manchester.
