Daniela's experience encompasses a variety of areas including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and IPOs. She specialises in equity capital markets transactions such as IPOs and secondary fundraisings and has acted for UK listed companies, nominated advisers and brokers. Daniela's expertise and dedication have earned her recognition as Rising Star (2024) and Key Lawyer (2025) in Legal 500 and Associates to watch: Capital Markets: AIM (2025) in Chambers and Partners.
Daniela’s recent experience includes:
- advising Strand Hanson Limited (nominated adviser), Orana Corporate LLP and S.P. Angel Corporate Finance LLP (joint UK brokers) on the AIM IPO of Wellnex Life Limited, an innovative Australian brand and distribution company with a driven focus on consumer-centric health and wellness products.
- advising Harwood Private Equity on the sale of UK pet food brand Assisi Pet Care Limited, to Chicago based Wind Point Partners.
- advising Tan Delta Systems plc, a leading provider of intelligent monitoring and maintenance systems for commercial and industrial equipment, on its AIM IPO.
