Darren is a Business Analyst within Shoosmiths' Recoveries Services Group's Operations Centre whose clients include a number of UK banks, building societies and other lenders and large national companies.
He has considerable experience in relation to all types of work, identifying and specifying business and technical needs for the groups varied and diverse client portfolio, overseeing the implementation of the solutions.
Darren was instrumental in the development of the groups case management system and continues to be a major influence in its continued adaptation to meet the ever changing world of our clients.
Darren has worked for Shoosmiths since March 2000 as a legal assistant and is now a team leader managing a team of five staff.
