Francis is a paralegal in the Real Estate Development and Investment team, supporting the delivery of complex development and regeneration projects across the UK. Since joining the firm in 2025, Francis has worked closely with senior lawyers on an array of transactions playing a key role in managing document flow, coordinating with clients and counterparties, and ensuring the smooth progression of transactions from heads of terms through to completion.
Francis joined Shoosmiths after first achieving a First Class Honours in Classics and Archaeology (MA(Hons)) from the University of Edinburgh in 2024 and then going on to achieve a Distinction in his PGDL from the University of Law in 2025.
