- leading on the property elements of a corporate support deal, alongside a magic circle firm, involving over 25+ properties across England and Wales, advising the board and reporting on the key elements of the portfolio and then subsequently dealing with the 'hive up' integration of the properties within the main trading entity of the client; and
- working closely with agents and client contacts to advise on a structure relating to a sale and leaseback of a key store location, with complex tax implications.
